1. Disassembly of the outer ring
Remove the outer ring of the interference fit, and install a few outer ring extrusion screw screws on the 8-shaped side piece on the circumference of the outer casing, and tighten the screw evenly while disassembling. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs, tapered roller bearings and other separate bearings. Several cutouts are placed on the outer casing shoulders, and the circuit breaker bearing pads are used, disassembled with a press, or tapped to remove.
2, the removal of cylindrical hole bearings
The removal of the inner ring makes it possible to pull out the seawater resistant bearing with the latest pressure. At this point, pay attention to let the inner ring withstand its pulling force.
The inner ring of large bearings is dismantled by hydraulic method. Oil pressure is applied through an oil hole provided on the shaft to make it easy to pull. The bearing with a large width is used in combination with the hydraulic chucking method and the drawing device. The inner ring of the NU type and NJ type cylindrical roller bearings can be removed by induction heating. A method of heating a part in a short time to expand and pull the inner ring.
3, the removal of the tapered hole bearing
Disassemble the smaller-sized adapter sleeve bearing, support the inner ring with the block fastened on the shaft, turn the nut back a few times, and then use the pad to knock and disassemble.
The large-sized bearing is easier to disassemble by hydraulic pressure, and the oil is pressurized in the oil hole on the tapered hole shaft to expand the inner ring and disassemble the bearing. In operation, there is a possibility that the bearing suddenly comes out. It is better to use the nut as a block.
