Compared with general mechanical parts, bearings have very high manufacturing precision. They have certain requirements for installation and use. If they are not paid enough attention, they will cause damage to the bearings and will not be able to achieve the normal bearing service life of reciprocating bearings. Can cause damage to related parts. In general, the accidents caused by bearings are caused by improper installation and use of irregular resin-based steel balls to maintain the circle. Therefore, if they can be installed and used in the correct way, they can increase the service life of the bearings. .
1, should pay attention to work
When installing bearings, the most important thing for copper alloy bearings is to keep the bearings and related parts clean and use tools and methods properly. Therefore, be sure to observe the following precautions:
1. Clean the work area and use clean tools or auxiliary tools to work.
2. Use an auxiliary tool with good plasticity that does not easily fall off during installation.
3, confirm that all assembly parts are qualified products.
4. The bearing can be opened only when it is used.
5. Keep the bearings clean during operation.
6. Under normal circumstances, anti-rust oil does not have to be washed off, and it can be installed in accordance with the original state. If it is necessary to install grease, clean the ointment on the bearing with gasoline, and then air-gun blow clean.
2. Installation of bearings - Inspection before installation
Before installing the bearing should pay attention to:
1. Is the size of the shaft and bearing body processed in accordance with the drawing requirements? Are the shaft, bearing body corners, and right-angled parts protruding? Are they fully in contact with the end face of the bearing? Do a full inspection.
2. It should be determined whether the bearing surfaces of the shaft and the bearing body are hit or raised. Whether there is dust or mold sand attached to the surface of the bearing shell. If you want to remove it with rubbing stones, fine sandpaper or clean rags.
3. In order to avoid bumps during installation, a small amount of lubricant should be applied to the working surface of the shaft and bearing body.
3. Installation of Bearings - Method of Applying Force and Applying Force When the bearing is mounted on the shaft, the inner ring must be applied with force. When it is mounted on the bearing body, it must be applied to the outer ring. Note: The bearing is mounted on the shaft and cannot be tapped on the outer ring. When installing on the bearing body, the inner ring must not be struck. If such operations are necessary, the track surface of the bearing will be flawed, resulting in noise and failure of early peeling, which will affect the bearing life. To apply force to the bearing, be careful to keep the force vertical and evenly. Partial strike will inevitably result in bearing damage. For this reason, absolutely avoid biased strikes. In addition, it is also not possible to apply force to the cage and the seal plate of the bearing.
4. Installation of bearings - The installation of hammers and bushings is an often used method of installing hammers and bushings. It must be done as shown in the figure. Make the bushes in the middle and knock them in. The hammers should be tapped. .
5. Installation of bearings - When the inner and outer rings are installed at the same time in the mechanical structure, when the inner and outer rings are tightly fitted, a backing plate should be used, so that the force can be added to the inner and outer rings at the same time. If only an external force is exerted on the inner ring, the force will be forced into the outer ring by the balls, and therefore, the track surface will be damaged.
6. Assembly summary of rolling bearing a. All dirt on the bearing must be cleaned before assembly. b. When the bearing is mounted on the shaft, the pressure of the press-fit bearing should be on the inner ring. When the bearing is mounted on the bearing body or the suspension bracket, the pressure is applied to the outer ring. c. When pressing or when driving with copper rods, the pressing force and striking force shall be evenly distributed on the entire end face of the bearing and the outer ring, and no force shall be applied to the cage or beads. Should not make the hammer directly hit the end of the bearing, so as not to bump, damage the bearing. [Cold, hydraulic equipment, auxiliary tools used are casing, hydraulic equipment]. d. When installing the bearings, you must pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent dirt and dirt from entering the bearings. After installing the bearings, the mounted bearings should be protected (closed). e. After bearing compression, the rolling bearing's rotational flexibility must be checked. f. The fit of the rolling bearing with the shaft or bearing housing, although it is interference or transition fit, but the structure and bonding strength of the parts are taken into consideration, heating or cooling method is required for assembly. Generally (SKF) heating should not exceed 110°C.
